FVM HO 4-4-2 Hiawatha #1 Milwaukee Road - Bouncy Edition! See NOTE

HO Scale 4-4-2 Class A Steam Locomotive. Milwaukee Road Hiawatha Scheme Road #1. Warehouse find from the 1st run. Loco has been test run and given a once over to make sure all important parts are present. Includes original packaging and box - box could have minor shelf wear or markings. DC loco, can be made DCC with an 8 pin plug in the tender. 

SPECIAL NOTE - this is advertised as the "Bouncy Edition". Some of the first run Hiawatha locos had drivers that were very slightly off center. However, with all the weight in the middle - the small movement at the center gets amplified when looking at the nose. These can have a noticeable "bounce" to them. We normally just changed out the whole loco when we could, but that means we have a handful of locos still with this issue. We do have some extra drivers with traction tires (the rear driver) and will be including one in the box - we do not have any new front drivers. Replacing rear driver "could" help, but this is something that you will need to undertake if desired (2.0 mm hex driver needed). Or if you enjoyed your Weebles back in the day , you could enjoy short runs as it is. In any case, a discounted price is in effect for this one time sale. They do no one any good sitting in hiding, so enjoy them as they are, or make a great display. Video of typical loco shown.
